JW WORLD

The Kingdom Hall has always served a major purpose in my life. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, I always had a reason to get out of my house. It was a good place to congruate, meet new people, and form relationships with familiar ones. It's always been something to look forward to. Out in the "real" world, I never felt I had a place. I just couldn't "hold my own". I was never the prettiest, nor the smartest, but, I was a great dancer, and I always knew more about sports than the average guy - which is unusual for a woman, so, I stuck to what I was good at...But, being a Jehovah's Witness has allowed me to be the best looking woman in the room at times, sometimes even the smartest person in the room, and add that to my dancing abilities and my knowledge of sports...and, I shined..oh, I shined. In the Jehovah's Witness world, I was able to "hold my own", something I would not have been able to do any other time. In the JW world, this girl was no longer average, and that, my dear, has done wonders for my ego.

"PAYCHECKS"...

...is what I call my kids. At this point in my life, it's the purpose they serve, it's what they are to me, for, without them, I would be flat broke, and in my life, everyone serves a purpose.
